4th of July is all about blue red and white, stars and stripes. It’s cute but I am so tired of that. We don’t have to dress like an american flag to celebrate the nation. There are so many style elements profoundly representing the country and we should celebrate them, too. If we think about it what American style has taught us is street style, casual chic, denim, tennis shoes and boho!
This 4th of July be yourself; let the flag stand alone 😉
I picked 3 different styles from casual to boho and classic for you to choose depending on your personal style and mood. A little red, a little denim and tons of personal attitude! This 4th of July be yourself; let the flag stand alone 😉
Speaking of slip dresses over t-shirts (last week’s post) the outfit above is my favorite!!! Love the basket boho bag and the slip dress. I’m in such a “red dress” mode lately that I can’t help it. If I see a red dress I instantly like it. Maybe it’s a reaction to my last “all white” obsession. This outfit is perfect for the 4th of July whether it’s a picnic occasion or a bbq party.

In case you always feel better in denim and sneakers this outfit is definitely a good fit. Classic, casual and chic with a lot of character. When you look at it doesn’t it look like an old american flag? Or like the US map?
And least but not last, the American glam! If you think of a New York summer roof top party, or a pool party at Palm Springs don’t you see something shine in there? A few sparkles and, some boho elements and lots of shining all around? This is the summer glam outfit, the cosmopolitan American on a 4th of July fancier mood.
Happy 4th my friends!
